Cynthia Savanhu is an enthusiastic, diligent professional, who has great interpersonal skills and a passion for the HR Field .Cynthia obtained her Honours Degree in Strategic Management in 2014 were she attained a Distinction. Prior to that Cynthia completed her Bcom (Economics and Management) in 2013. An articulate individual who has solid experience as a recruiter. Cynthia started her career as a researcher, where the core focus of the job was purely sourcing for the most suitable candidates with the correct skill set. Moreover, her career then progressed to a full 360 Recruitment Cycle, were she became a Financial Recruitment Specialist.

 

 

 

Wongeka Monageng is a seasoned recruitment consultant with over 10 years’ experience in recruitment, she started her career in recruitment as a receptionist at The Ridout Group and worked her way up until she became a director in the company, where she gained extensive experience in managing employees and running the operations of the company.Wongeka has a diploma in Business Administrative; she has worked as a generalist, and has placed Executive Director, Senior Positions, and Disability and Junior positions
